If the mouse is not moved for a while, can theater view regularly move it off to the side?  I run into times where it ends up showing up on the screen and is very distracting.  I do not have a mouse hooked up to any of my HTPC boxes but use a remote login system to control them.  The solution would probably be to move it to the bottom right corner because then even if it does show up, you would only notice a single pixel that would often get cut off by overscan.
