As a standard practice I reformat my pc about every 1.5 to 2 years to clear the winrotted registry bloat.

I had purchased 12. but it was a couple years ago. I have a very old registration code (in fact I think it might be for version 10 and then I upgraded to 12) but my email has changed a couple times (moved new providers)

I don't mind upgrading to ver 13 but since I already own 12 and I am pretty happy with it to be honest.

Welcome to the forum.  I can't find a license with an e-mail that is like your forum e-mail.

On our restore page, you can try changing your e-mail address.  You'll need to know your old e-mail and your password.
