Error During Setup (build 331)

I got this error during Windows Media Format setup:

Error registering OCX C:\WINDOWS\system32\l3codeca.acm

I presume it has something to do with lame encoder. I clicked Ok and setup resumed normally, i guess. I will post if I get any post setup errors.

If you do, reboot and reinstall.

I just uninstalled MJ. Rebooted. Reinstalled and got same error. I don't get any errors while using MJ so far so it could be just my comp.
