White Noise

I record meetings on my iPAQ.  Then transfer them to my desktop computer.  They play fine with Windows Media Player.  Media Jukebox will not play them.  All I hear is 'white noise', just static.  I want to edit the files with Media Editor, but it will not open the files.  "Error Retrieving File Information..." is the error message I get.

Any Ideas?

Make sure you have the latest version of Media Jukebox 8.0

If it doesn't work with the latest build, could you email me a file? (matt @ jriver.com)
