Aero Snap isn't here yet, Aero Glass effects have just been introduced and have one or two quirks to be ironed out still, but despite that, looks good already....

As for the 64bit question, perhaps have a read of
this, see what
glynor has to say on the subject, then ask yourself how important the aesthetics of the Task Manager list really is to you.
If you have any further questions regarding 64bits, it might be more helpful if you post in that "64 bit processing" thread, as it will help keep the "Q&A"s from becoming fragmented across the forum.
