am i wrong or is it true that AMG banned the genre 'world' and changed it to 'international'. is this because they are trying to be more 'political correct'. or is it to show where in the world genre headquarters is. and what is then 'national' music?

Everything gets dumbed down. Rock used to be Rock vs. Pop, but now its ALL Pop/Rock. I like styles and include them in all my music, but its not all Pop/Rock....to vanilla. Suppose that's what happened to World too.
