Author Topic: I have successfully purchased MJ8 but my my browser displayed "Bad Request  (Read 1234 times)

Hello I want Media Jukebox staff to answer my question.

I have used netscape 4.51 to purchase Media Jukebox 8.0. After I entered my information and credit card number and clicked next, my browser said please wait something. Several seconds later I saw the long registration key appeared but then my browser immediately turned to another white page saying that "Bad Request.....".

I tried to click the BACk button to see the registration key number but my browser did not let me do it.

Media Jukebox staff please answer my question urgently! My name is Cheung Lo Sze (I have posted message here using the name Lucy). I live in Hong Kong. Of course I can't disclose my credit card number here. but if you want to check your transaction record I can provide my credit card number to you privately. Plus one month later, if the transaction is valid, I can also mail you staff a copy of my credit card account statement. But right now can you help me?

Use IE (not Netscape) to go to this page:

JimH,

I went to the restore page and did the things the page needed me to. I then re-opened my MJ8, and clicked to see "registration info". I saw it display my full name (the name I used to purchase) and registration key. I was relieved and happy. Thank you for your help.

By the way, this is the first time I restored my MJ liscense. Does that mean I have 5 more times that I can restore?
