playing two zones in sync?
« on: October 12, 2010, 07:59:31 am »

definitely a newbie hear. I've got MC up and running. It sees my Airport express. Plays separate zones flawlessly. I'm able to link two zones together with no problem.
However, I can't seem to get both zones to play music simultaneously. There is always a few seconds delay between them. I've tried using the timing delay slider thingy with no success.
When using iTunes both zones are synced perfectly. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated.

Linking DLNA zones is difficult since the hardware often doesn't support high-resolution seeks:

I didn't realize Airport express was DLNA compliant.  Is this something new, or are you using another software layer to make the Airport appear as a DLNA device?
