I see that MediaMonkey now supports iPod syncing.
Any plans for MC to do the same?

No. Apple can't be trusted. We had a couple of man years of time in our ipod support when they decided to encrypt the database. It's why we don't support the Touch, the iPhone, or the new iPods.

Probably not. It takes a lot of time and effort in keeping up to date and reverse engineer the code that Apple is constantly changing. J River have dropped the fight with iPhones, and I think the same goes for pads. There is alternatives though. To sync content of MC to iPhones and iPads through iTunes. But you still ahve to have that crap running in the background
