Why He Capitalizes Every Word Of His Replies?  

The only thing I could come up with is that maybe someone as lofty and regal as a King would DESERVE to have each word they speak capitalized...as opposed to us serfs who must toil in the lowly depths of normal capitalization...  hehehe

I think he said it was involuntary.  Something about a wound.  You can never tell with The King.  He Is a Sly Fox.
