Wd tv live plus? and MC16

I have a usb dac which I feed currently from a pc in my living room  music from mc16..Does anyone know or has used a WD live tv hub as a USB output to a usb dac. I know i can do it with an optical out but that wont work for my dac. And I so would like to get rid of my other pc ..thanks
