History:
1. Fixed: Tag fields with length of exactly 256 bytes could crash MJ.
2. Fixed: In cd burner properties, two second gap choice wasn't saved when switching to/from generic driver.
3. Fixed: In cd burner properties, clicking Cancel still saved a user change to/from generic driver.
4. Fixed: Slider positions in Metamorphis were not calculated correctly.
5. NEW: Added emp file support to Media Jukebox and Download Manager.
6. Changed: Default mini-me skin changed from Rotor to Z.

The tag fix (don't know if the one in 290 or 291) is working great for me. Yesterday I started trying to get my full library replay analyzed with 289, but MJ was crashing so often (on file that I had not ripped in MJ directly) that I gave up. Now I've installed 291, started analysing and everything is cool.

I didn't get a chance to report on this in the .290 thread, but in .291, the mini-me to Full Screen display plugin bug is still there, but it's a little different. Now, when I start MJ up and it has Visuals in mini-me, then I go to Full Screen, the Track Info is there. When I come back to mini-me the vis window is disabled. MJ won't even let me choose a display plugin.

Why doesn't MJ, when checking for updates as this one, come back with no updates available?

Because we didn't want to alarm anyone.  The last few builds have been fixes that should affect a minority of users.  Tomorrow, when we're more sure we haven't dotted the t's and crossed the i's, we'll update the versions.txt file that rings the dinner bell.

Still getting the buttons unfilled on first start up.

Maybe the problem is in having dotted the teeth and crossed the eyes?

We know it is there, but we can't duplicate it on any machine.

Are you using a U.S. version of Windows?  I suppose the problem might be in one of the other versions.

Yep, good.
But:
The sliders in trackinfo's are now missing.

Actually I noticed that when I switch from Mini-me to Mega-Me the scroll bars flash up there for a second but then disappears. I try'd selecting and unselecting "auto-hide bars" with no success.

Anyone else notice this bug?
