Hi,

I've just encountered a problem with temporary filenames when ripping CDs.

I was trying to rip two CDs at once, where some of the tracks had the same name (Deep Purple's Machine Head Anniversary Edition, where CD1 contains remixes, and CD2 contains remastered versions).

I discovered that this resulted in both rips trying to write to the same temporary WAV filenames (e.g. '01 - Highway Star.wav') at the same time, which in turn meant that the resultant FLAC files were 'interesting' to say the least, with repeated endings etc.

I can get around this by ripping one CD at a time, but it would be nice if the temporary filenames when ripping were unique.

Would anyone from JRiver like to comment? I guess the temporary filename format matches the 'Filename Rule' option. Might be a good idea to add a unique string to this name to ensure that the temp filenames are unique.
