jrimage.dll in "use"

MC.16.0.28-- I am getting this error. I hav rebooted my PC several times. I removed mc16 from startup.
I was not getting this error before, it started with MC 16 .0.15. or so.

Try installing as admin.  Right click on the downloaded file.
