Hi
Can I change name of the folder were all my media (flac files) are stored? This is the same folder the Main Library
is "pointing at". Will I mess everything up by doing that?
The reason for this is my regurlarly backups to another server. I have more music folders so I would like to call this
one JRiver music of something like that. It is simply Music today. It was bad planning that time I created it in the first place.

Sure.

You'll want to have MC find and replace the path component that is affected.

You'll also want to remove the old path from auto-import before you start.  Tools > Import > Auto-Import

Ah.... I see, that looks not so hard. Looks like the find and replace option is more easy.
