I'd be VERY grateful if someone could help me to get per-song equalizer settings working in MC116.

I've tried both EQDB v3 and AutoEQ.  EQDB won't install (no errors, but plugin never shows up in plugin manager) and AutoEQ is just broken ( http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=65110.msg436301#msg436301 )

Could someone tell me how to get one of these working, or if there is some other way to get per-song EQ in MC16?

After running the EQdb.mjp file you should be able to add the plugin to Windows Registry manually by saving the following code as an EQdb.reg file with Notepad and running this reg file (any filename will do, but the filename extension must be .reg).

Thank you for pointing out this thread.

Unfortunately, the registry setting had zero effect.

I noted that the key it added was the only one under JRiver at that location, so I also tried adding it to HKEY_CURRENT_USER where the other JRiver settings are, but that didn't do the trick either.

EQDB still does not show up in the interface.

Perhaps there is some other step to manually add a plugin?  I've tried adding the dll directly using the plugin manager as well as using the file supplied with EQDB, and nothing has any effect.  I've added other JRiver plugins without difficulty...
