Is it possible to play an audio file from MC instead of the existing audio in a downloaded video file?

Interresting.
That way you could play the CD track to the music video. But I wonder what would happen to synchronization ?

I think not really. The splitter function in video playing will have a hard time figuring out that you would want an audio stream from a completely separate file.
