Looking for a VU Meter and design suggestion.
« on: November 19, 2011, 08:16:31 am »

Doesw anyone know of a VU Meter app that can be integrated into MC17.  Yes, old school, but I like the needle movement while listening to my music.

Probably not a big request, but could this be a feature added into MC future builds like the equalizer display.

Last, if you've seen this site All Rovi they have this neat little window which would be perfect for MC.  When you select and Artist/Album it gives you a sliding bar (similar to Itunes) that shows all the Albums for that Artist.  I think it would go perfect in the Action windows of MC.

Just a suggestion!

Don't encourage Rovi, or they'll shutdown AllMusic—as they did AllMovie. :(

I have some trouble installing that on my Win7 Pro 64 bit. Should it be possible?

Yes, but it seems the installer is vintage too. It worked for me on a second or third attempt. From the Windows dialog that occurs after a failed installation, I selected the option to reinstall with different settings.  Sorry, I don't remember exactly how I got to that point—whether I killed the process, disabled my virus scanner, or just waited very long time for it to fail.

No luck installing it, even after MANY times.
