Ripping stops early
« on: May 22, 2012, 02:21:25 pm »

While ripping Avatar BD, it stopped at 53.7%. What action should I take?
Previously I ripped all of King Kong BD, but prior to that Avatar stopped at about 5% yesterday. So I deleted it completely and started fresh today. While 53.7% is an improvement, it's probably not good enough. The disc is still in as I type this.

Please try updating AnyDVD HD or whatever you use to read the disc.

Jim,
I'm always updating ANYDVD HD. Considering King Kong was glitch free, could it be a disc specific problem?
My HTPC still has the dialogue box about "do I want to delete?". So what 's the best procedure at this time and in future cases? Is there any way to continue with the recording?

I'm sorry, but I don't know.
