Usual Windows error message while watching a blu (Last House on the Left 2009). Had to restart MC and it was fine, even after forwarding to the exact moment of the crash.
Then later in the film (at the end) I had severe (picture only, audio fine) breakup for about 1 second. Watched to the end then rewound to that point and it was fine (rewound 3 or 4 times to make sure and all were fine).
The crash is more worrying than the breakup. Any ideas on checking what it could be. PC is on 24x7 so not related to sleep-wakeup issues, which I have had in the past (hence leaving on 24x7 now).
Windows 7 SP1 with all updates and latest drivers. Final build of MC17. All media ripped as folders on a NAS in effectively RAID-60 connected at 1Gbps.
