COVERTING APE AND CDA FILES TO AIFF

My entire library is AIFF nearly 7000 files I have just ripped 3 albums to MC17 they show up as either ape or cda how can I convert them to AIFF? Also can I rip them to AIFF so I won't have to convert them after ripping them?
