I have been using MC 17 for several months with no issues. Yesterday it locked up on me. Once I select a song or album to play,I lose all control of the system. I can't skip ahead ,stop,select another album etc. I tried downloading MC 18 to see if that would correct the problem. My system says it is downloaded but it did not replace MC 17 and I see no change. The desk top icon says MC 17 not 18. If anybody can help me with either of these problems I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks: Larry W
