two days ago i downloaded MJ8 and well i dont like it and so i downloaded MJ7.2 again and well i uninstalled Mj8 and everything is not working so i used GoBack and went back a 2 days to see if that would clear out the Mj8 and it didnt so how can i reinstall Mj7 wo loosing my files in MJ8?

Try going back further if that's available to you.  Otherwise, you have two options:  Either edit the registry or reinstall Windows.  Editing the registry really isn't that hard:  Run regedit then search for and remove any key with "jriver" in it.  That's how I got back to 7.2.  I like using MJ too much to waste time with any more betas (it was constant crash city; plus, as everyone here probably knows, I HATE skins).
