will JRiver work on this tablet for instance : Win8 Pro tablet Gigabyte S1082, in a true audiophile fashion ?

Will such win8 pro tablets ouput thru their usb2/3 port hd audio upto aif / flac 24 bit/192 kHz.
I would like to replace my Logitech squeezebox touch with this particular tablet because :
- if it works with jriver, my media center needs (for music) will be met
- touch interface
- versatility thanks to win8 pro, if it works with jriver (4 GB ram ok ? 2 GB enough ?)
- rj45 (for streaming without headache)
Any thoughts  or advice ?
