Can't register CDDB

I can't register CDDB.  Nothing appends when I use the button: "CDDB Registration".  And when I try to obtain info from a disk I always have a message saying that I must register to use CDDB.  I'd like to, but I don't know how...

CDDB is no longer supported by MediaJukebox. You need to switch to YADB.
