Dear All,
I need your best help as I didn't find any related answers on the FAQ.
After using MC18 trial ver. on win 7 and suffering from the same problem (crashing each couple of minutes on playback) I decided to upgrade to the licensed ver. and upgraded to  win 8 too.
The problem remains either using the network/using the local disk/using explorer/chrome/ whatever.
I tried to change any configuration on the MC tools but still it crashes,(every 5-10 minutes).
