Charge problem

I was charged $15.99 yesterday (6/3/13) to my debit card from J River Inc. I only downloaded a trial of JRiver on Windows and gave up on it. I've never purchased an activation code. I no longer have the windows machine I was temporarily using to access JRiver.

Where did this $15.99 come from? Please refund my money and stop any future withdraw.

Maybe someone at JRiver can lookup my email address and send me a reply?

Did you sign up for a Performer account?  If so, we'll cancel it.

I have no idea? If I did, please cancel. I'm not even able to use your windows version of JRiver. I only have an Apple MAC.
