Cannot purchase 19 at Discount

At the end of what seems like 15 minutes 😛 I can only buy the 19 upgrade at the $39 price, I have tried restoring license (don't know why necessary) and installed temp keys, no help.  I have not had a prob in past installing new builds.  Help pls.

Sorry if I missed something but I thought it was not possible to pre-order a Mac version of MC19. If it's possible, may I ask how ?

The FAQ says that the mac upgrade will be available at a later time (with a coupon/discount of some sort or other).
