MJ won't run under XP PRO

MJ crashes XP when i try to run.  do not want the product anymore; how do i get a refund?

Grando - I don't work for J River but I'm using MJ 8 on XP Pro and others are running 7.2 on XP Pro.

If you elaborate on the problems you're having and the version you have maybe we can help?
