hi everyone the above will not install no error messages nouthing i have tried downloading from all sites no joy first bit of software i have not been able to install in 4 years do you in this forum no somthing i do not i run xp pro 3.1gtz p4 i am tech writer for aol and various outher boards if anyone has the answer that would be most helpful

hiya king tried 9 first no joy spoke to a lot of people we all tried some thing starts to unpack then just dies on you i hope there will be able to have a fix on it soon as i am in the middle of doing a survey on media players thanks fourbanks keep me posted please :-/ :-/

We're stumped. I wonder if your temp file space is full.

Try these...

Empty your trash.

In IE, do tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete files. It can take a few minutes.

What OS are you using? Are you using IE to download?

Hey,

I'm Having the same problem ! I've tried downloading 3 times and it keeps crashing. Windows internet explorer.
Windows 98 2nd edition. I've deleted my temp. stuff & going to try again. Wish me luck
