Bug report: Resume playback and zone switching.

In MC 19.0.45-50, setting Options>General>Resume playback using bookmarks to “Ask” results in MC crash upon automatic zone switch in Theater View, regardless of the zones settings.

I have not tried zone switching in older (MC18) versions, but Resume playback set to “Ask” always worked fine.
