Different Sampling Rates - how to set view scheme only 44100
« on: March 15, 2014, 07:49:50 am »

Hey jriver posse,
I have records with cd quality and also hd albums with 96khz or 192 khz.
I set a view scheme to sampling rate that shows me grouped all different sampling rates (44100, 96000, 192000).
Now i want a seperate view scheme for only cd quality 44100 Hz and have the hiresolution records in another view scheme. When i edit the actual scheme and simply delete the hires groups to only keep the 44100 albums, the hires albums are deleted from the whole library and not only from this specific theme.

Is there any rule that i have to come up with, that tells this scheme to only show 44100hz? What other option could work?

I hope i made myself understood:-), thanks in advance!

Yes, you'll need edit the view and setup a rule to only include the files you want (or exclude any others).
In the Customize View dialog (found by right-clicking the view in the left-hand-side tree), there is an Option in Settings -> Included Files -> Set rules for file display...

You can setup a rule there for "Sample Rate is 44100", or "Sample Rate is greater than 44100", you get the idea I hope. :)
