Playlists keep reappearing

I delete playlists from the server ... and they keep coming back later ...
What is this new devilry ?

same problem here had 6 playlists i deleted, and then created new ones, now i have those 6 old ones and the new ones. ive deleted them now 10 times they just keep reappearing.
