I know this was addressed in another thread that is about 7 months old.

I was wondering if JRiver could possibly add the function of setting the audio output device based on filetype?
For example, if you have one DAC that you want to use to play DSD files and another that you want to play PCM files or even another source that you want to have multichannel files go to. I realize this is a very niche request, but I figured I would ask.

I will possibly just be converting all files to DSD, but that is really not a step I want to have to take. Conversion is bad...kill it...kill it with fire
