Hey guys!

Let's say I need to move "mymovie.mpg" from external drive location "K:\FILES\VIDEOS\" to external drive location "M:\MOVIES\", as well as rename the file to "Great Movie (2014).mpg".

What's the safest/most logical way to do this so that JRiver can not only know about the new location but that any tags will also be maintained? Neither the old nor new locations are currently set to auto-update, but I'm not against turning that on if the best solution requires it.

Select File(s). Right-click > Library Tools > Rename, Move, and Copy.

Do a few before you do a bunch! Maybe make a Library Backup too (it won't hurt).
