That is a wonderful sounding recording.  And nice music too.  This somewhat goes against Holt's Law (the better the recording, the worse the musical performance—and vice-versa).  I like the music, given being in the right mood.  The recording and mastering is fantastic.  I've only listened on headphones (I'm primarily a headphone listener) and it's very nice, but sounds like it might be more suited for good speakers than good headphones.  The imaging is sometimes a little too left-right separated for ideal headphone listening.  I'll have to give it a listen on a good speaker setup (a better speaker setup than I have).  It's high-res that I'd classify as music for old people.  It would be neat to get some music that's more youthful recorded like this.

I've been meaning to get some Blue Coast recordings.  This one is my start.  I got the 24/96 FLAC.  I'm debating whether to also get a DSD version to have as a comparison.  I don't yet have a DAC that can do DSD.  The high-res versions of this album are on sale right now so I might splurge on the DSD version just to have some DSD to compare to PCM once I get a suitable DAC.
