Audio quality should be the same whether Memory Playback is enabled or not.

Assuming your computer isn't broken, or you are using am external DAC, yes.

For very low quality onboard audio (older Realtek chipsets poorly integrated into the motherboard that pick up noise from the power supply), memory playback can prevent disk access noise during playback.

If you're using an external DAC or a non cruddy computer, they're identical.
