I have a metadata display problem which might be a bug, or it might be me not having discovered a setting yet.

In the track list pane you get by double clicking on an album cover, the album is always displayed as "various artists" or a list of contributing artists.

So, for example:

Album Artist: Midnight Oil
Album: Red Sails in the Sunset
Tracks have individual credits for singers in Contributing Artists, say, various combinations of: Peter Garrett; Rob Hurst; etc

The album is incorrectly displayed as:

"Red Sails in the Sunset by Various Artists"

The expected correct display would be:

"Red Sails in the Sunset by Midnight Oil"

Is there something I can do to fix this error, or could it be fixed in a later version please?

It's all about the tags...specifically the "Artist tag" check this out
