I do realize that JRiver is not the right forum for my question since this is about Windows Media Center, but I hope someone had similar experience, and could help. I tried Windows forum, but it is not very active, and I did not get any reply.
1. I have Ceton InfiniTV 6 PCIe, Comcast.
2. I configured my HTPC setup to watch my TV programs, and it was working just fine.
3. Later I added another PC, where I put WMC extender, and configured this setup successfully to watch my TV. It still works just fine.
4. After I added the extender, my main WMC stopped working. I think it says cannot find tuner.
I would like to watch my TV on both PCs, how can I fix the problem?
All is on Windows 8.1 professional.
Update/Edit: Probably to make it more relevant to this forum, I can see all 6 tuners in JRiver (before and after adding WMC extender to another PC), but cannot watch TV in either JRiver or WMC. I am still pretty sure that this is WMC related, but I hope someone can help ...
