Why I can log in the Online Music Store after signing up?
I download a trial JRiver music software and I've also created an acount but I cannot log in.
Even though I clicked "Forget the password" and received a new password from my E-mail.
But it still failed to log in.
Who can help me?

The login and the password are both case sensitive. 

The account must be created for the Performer Store, not for Interact.

But I copied the new password and pasted it into the blank.
It still failed.
I've tried many ways to solve it.

Frequently if you try and copy/paste a password you end up picking up a space either before or after it. Try keying it in manually.
