install latest flash players (for both ie and "non-ie") http://www.filepuma.com/download/adobe_flash_player_ie_15.0.0.223-7446/
http://www.filepuma.com/download/adobe_flash_player_non_ie_15.0.0.223-7447/

Connected media uses a browser "engine" only, and cannot load navigator plugins.

Bear in mind you will not be able to stream in flac without their desktop app.

did you install the stand-alone flash apps (both of them) the flash pluggins installed in your browsers will not work in connected media -- no pluggins will work btw. The clean lnks from File Puma are good, better than going through the adobe site IMO.

If you still have issues try changing the browser "engine" in options. Remember no FLAC from their web player.
