Hi gang! Newbie to the forum here...
I'm interested in using JRiver MediaCenter 20 (Mac) to sync media to my iPhone, however Media Center does not detect the phone. Based on advice found in the forums, so far I've tried:
- Options>General: confirming the iPhone support is turned on
- Options>Handheld>Device Management: Re-detect All Devices
- Rebooting phone
- Rebooting computer
Other applications, including iTunes and MediaMonkey (running inside a virtual machine running Windows 7) can detect and communicate with this iPhone. MediaCenter can detect and sync with my older model iPods.
I find myself wondering if the problem is that the of iOS I'm running is not compatible with the version of MediaCenter I'm running, but I've not yet found a compatibility list for MediaCenter.
iPhone 5s running iOS 8.3 (12F70)
JRiver MediaCenter 20.0.94 (stable update channel) for Mac
Any ideas? Has anyone successfully synced these two?
