Install problem

Brand new user with version 20 for Windows.  I downloaded it and couldn't get the program to install at all.  Windows cannot find anything to open the J files.  HELP! ?

Maybe you downloaded the Mac version.  Try the download again.  See "Getting Started" in my signature below.
