License problem
« on: February 10, 2015, 04:46:58 am »

Hi, I got a license for Media Center 20 Master. I have installed the latest version, I received  the license key. Whenever I enter this code in the program window, it sends to me this weird restore page, where I keep entering my password and phone number. After pressing the restore button, I get the following page including this message:

"If you see this, please return to the restore page and try again".

I am not able to finish this registration/restore process. I don't know if the database has a different phone number on file that it compares it with what I key in here on this form, but it doesn't help me to get the registration code over and over.
Is anyone able to help me out - just want to use the software that I paid for. BTW this happens on both platforms, WHS2011 and OSX Yosemite.

The license is a "blank license" so it's asking for missing information.  Name, etc.  Try filling it all in.  The password is one you're choosing.  Anything will work, but you will need it in the future.

I filled all the information a couple of times already. Adress, password that I chose. No field was left blank, but again, after pressing the restore button, I get the other page that sends me back, and this happens all the time, so I am turning in circles!

I can duplicate the problem.  We should be able to fix it in a few hours.  I apologize.

It should work now.  Please delete the license email you just received in the past few minutes, it was generated while testing the system.  Thanks.
