Finding Scheduled Recording From LineIn

I'm new to Media Center (9.0.180) and I'm having a problem finding recordings that I'm making with Media Scheduler.  I'm trying to record from Line-In (XM Radio PCR) and save the file.  

Unfortunately, the scheduler does not give me the option of specifying the file location.  I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find out where the file is located.

I would have thought that Media Scheduler would have automatically registered any recordings in Media Center, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Can anyone help me?

Looked in all the options that I could find in MC and in the scheduler, No Joy...

Maybe you didn't look hard enough, eh?  ;)

Under "index," look for "Line-in recording tips."  On that page, it tells you how to specify the filename and location settings (under Step 2, bullet [4]).

Thanks for your help...  I did find the line-in tips and it was very helpful while running MC.   However, when running the Scheduler, I didn't find the same options.

That said, I think my problem is solved...

When I first ran scheduler tests, I tried recording one or two minutes on the schedule, and found that none of the recordings showed up in MC - Media Library for Audio.  

However, when I recorded several 30 minute segments, the expected recordings showed up.  They were recorded in: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Music with the subdirectory being the author and the next level being the title that I specified in the scheduler.

This will work fine for me.

I'm sorry; you're right.  I didn't read your original post as carefully as I should have, or I would have realized you were not talking about MC the application.
