I don't understand what you're trying to do at all.

WASAPI is a Microsoft-provided API for Windows applications to use to communicate with audio devices directly attached to a Windows PC. It doesn't have anything to do with connecting to JRemote (whether in iOS or Android forms).

You can use JRemote in one of two ways:
* As a remote control for a copy of MC running on Windows, Mac OSX, or Linux.
* As a "remote MC" to stream from a copy of MC (running on Windows, Mac OSX, or Linux) to the iOS or Android device.

You choose which of these modes JRemote is in by choosing a Playback Zone.  In JRemote, when you choose the special This Device playback Zone, then JRemote streams from MC to the device. If you pick any other Zone, then it remote controls that zone running on the remote PC.
