MC - Send To
« on: September 05, 2003, 04:24:59 am »

Hiya,

Trying to set up the MC - Right Click - Send To External to send files to 'Enc Spot Pro' to make it open in the folder of the mp3.

My Context menu's have this as the string in explorer:
"C:\Program Files\EncSpot\EncSpot.exe" "%1"
And that works correctly to open ExcSpot on the folder I have right clicked on.

How do I replicate that in MC?

I set the Parameters for the program to be:
[Filename (path)]

But that doesn't seem to be working.
Any idea's?

I seem to remember Matt saying in the past that Send To only accepts Filename as a parameter.  It doesn't allow multiple filenames or folders to be sent.  But if it did.... ;D

I'm using [FILENAME] for the parameter to Photoshop Elements and it works fine.  You might try the same.

[FILENAME] isn't going to work as it's looking for a path to open to, not a specific file.
