Some artists discographies have tens, even hundred different albums, and unfortunately many of those albums share same songs, question is: is it possible to avoid duplicate songs entering in shuffle playlist without manually removing them before playing?

If the songs are named exactly the same then you can use the modifier "remove duplicates of" and set it to "artist, song".  That *should* do it.  You'd have to experiment with it to see.
