Error installing Media Center 21 after updating to Windows 10

I get an error - "Error restoring MP3 Encoder" when I try to open Media Center

First, you delete the Poll from this thread, as it is an inappropriate use of a Poll.

Then you reboot your Windows 10 PC, twice, giving it 10 minutes between each reboot, and then you reinstall the latest version of MC again.

See how that goes.

  Playing video out to a Sony 65" TV connected via HDMI, playing digital audio out via motherboard sound card, PCIe TV tuner
