Ok, so I downloaded the trial and love JRiver overall. I decided to purchase it. I clicked on the purchase link and it took me to a site. I put all my information in and credit card and clicked submit.
I have so far not received anything in email. No confirmation of at least receiving the order. Nothing.....
What gives? Any help is appreciated.
